We, Cat, Saffron & I went for a drive up north to Tobyhanna PA State Park. Cat wanted to check out the campsites and campgrounds in general before our trip this Fall. While in the area we stopped for lunch at a cute little shop called the Backroads Cafe. Pretty yummy food. The onion rings are made fresh on location and were awesome.
